Hold both the bar/labret and the attachment. Rotate the attachment in an anti-clockwise direction to loosen and clockwise to tighten. Using gloves with grip will help but please don't use tools.

Hold both sides and pull the attachment out of the labret. Realign the pin into the labret and push to reinsert. The pin has a very small bend in it and its the pressure of this inside the labret that holds it in place. Do not use tools

Holding both sides of the seam firmly push them away from one another. Insert the ring into the piercing then firmly push the two sides together again. Its best to slightly over shoot the alignment and then realign. Please do not pull the jewellery apart sideways as this will distort the shape.

Locate the hinge and opening. Holding both sides of the opening pull apart. To reinsert push back together. Make sure its smooth.

Holding the clip in ball and the ring, pull the ball out at one side. To reinsert, align one side of the ring into the dimple and push the ball firmly into the gap.
